Please note that because we make our shirts specifically for our subscribers, all sales are final.

In the event of a sizing exchange request, if we have your size in stock, we are happy to exchange sizes. If you’ll pay to ship it to us, we’ll pay for shipping the new tee back to you! Please reference our sizing chart on our home page to ensure the perfect fit when your shirt arrives. Please email us so we can help if you would like to request a sizing exchange for your shirt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Club Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, by logging into your account (you will have to create an account at first log-in with the email matching the email address you purchased under).
Please note that due to the time it takes to make your t-shirts, and because we make our shirts specifically for our subscribers, cancellation requests must take place 14 days before your renewal is scheduled or it will take effect the following month.
If a cancellation takes place less than 14 days prior to your renewal, your t-shirt has already been made and will ship on schedule. Cancellations are for future renewals and do not result in retroactive refunds.
